The Brief

For over 135 years, Brown Turner Ross has been providing sound legal advice to individuals and businesses from their offices in Southport and Liverpool.

Brown Turner Ross wanted to increase their local visibility on Google as well as increase the number of leads coming in for personal injury and divorce claims. Specifically, these leads needed to be highly relevant with the best chance of becoming successful, high-ticket conversions.


The Process

We worked closely with our client and created expertly crafted content that converted and demonstrated EAT (expertise, authority, trust). What’s more, our content was based around whole topic content-silos as opposed to just targeting individual keywords.

Every single piece of content that we wrote was fact checked by legal experts first-hand which made sure that we were only publishing matter of fact content with no fluff.

Finally, we paid special care to becoming featured snippet champions in the legal sector, with the idea that doing so would epitomise their industry-leading expertise within the legal sector, as well as bring traffic to the site by showing up at the top of the SERPs

The Results

Our client saw an 1100% increase in organic traffic in less than 12 months. This took their monthly users from 1231 to 14782.

With this increase in traffic came a 200% increase in leads. Leads that were well-qualified and relevant to their goals.

We even received organic backlinks from the press, which is incredibly rare and a sign that you are doing the right things.

For their local SEO, we helped them become consistently one of the top results for the query ‘Solicitors’. Whereas in April of 2021, they were beyond the 20th result for the same query in Southport.
