The first thing the team did was jump straight into developing a content-led growth strategy focused on reach and discovery. Understanding what is currently performing best across social media, we knew that we had to leverage meme-style and trend-led content to stop the scroll and maximise shareability.
We knew that if we wanted Jobbler to achieve nationwide reach, we had to ensure that the business’s social content was both educational and relatable. The hard sell wasn’t going to work here, so we led with DIY fails and ‘how to’ content that gently highlighted common pain points and pointed to Jobbler as the solution.
All content was designed not give too much information, encouraging users to instead visit the profile to learn more about Jobbler and the upcoming launch. Consistency was key with this strategy, and regular posting helped to build momentum and engage with new, non-following audiences.
And the results? Well, they speak for themselves.
