For over 135 years, Brown Turner Ross has been the port of call for legal advice for businesses and individuals throughout Southport and Liverpool.

Brown Turner Ross is a long-standing client of ours, having worked with Blaze for the last six years. Our goal of creating exciting yet informative content has helped grow the company’s social media presence.

Forming trust between the firm and its audience was a key objective we set out to achieve, so creating content for Brow Tuner Ross’ clients has provided the perfect avenue to do this.

At the start of 2024, it became apparent that their social media metrics were slowly stagnating, so we quickly took action to boost the momentum we had built for the company.

The Process

Our game plan for success included conducting a full audit of their accounts. This required an internal deep dive into their account analytics and followers. Once we had the numbers, we set out to find ways to improve them.

First, we searched externally for any current trends taking off within the legal industry. The first area for improvement that we noticed was the lack of personability on their socials. There was no shortage of informative content, but we realised the followers needed a real insight into the people behind the name.

With personability in mind, we set out to significantly revise the social media strategy that was already in place. With the organisation’s goals in mind, we started realigning their content pillars to better represent this.

By expertly repurposing photo and video content, we gave their social media a new lease on life. We also curated a collection of individual case studies and customer reviews, and as a result, we saw the results skyrocket.

The Results

Within just a two-month period, we saw significant growth in their LinkedIn engagement rate. Thanks to our being able to identify slight, but necessary, adjustments, we were able to meet Brown Tuner Ross’ goals to reach more potential clients and add personality to the brand.
