Our game plan for success included conducting a full audit of their accounts. This required an internal deep dive into their account analytics and followers. Once we had the numbers, we set out to find ways to improve them.
First, we searched externally for any current trends taking off within the legal industry. The first area for improvement that we noticed was the lack of personability on their socials. There was no shortage of informative content, but we realised the followers needed a real insight into the people behind the name.
With personability in mind, we set out to significantly revise the social media strategy that was already in place. With the organisation’s goals in mind, we started realigning their content pillars to better represent this.
By expertly repurposing photo and video content, we gave their social media a new lease on life. We also curated a collection of individual case studies and customer reviews, and as a result, we saw the results skyrocket.
