Our team began by conducting thorough competitor research to ensure Lyons Estates could effectively compete with local rivals. They established that the site needed to be simplified to be successful, so our team designed a full website with modernisation in mind.
The team enhanced the UI/UX by adding property search bars to relevant pages. This allows users to easily search for properties regardless of the page they land on from search engines. They expanded the filter options and added them to a fully responsive mobile menu, ensuring that everything the user needs is conveniently accessible on the page.
The Dev team then tackled the big wall of text. We understood that it was essential to keep a lot of information in for customers and from an SEO perspective, so our main focus was structuring the text in a way that was far more digestible and did not overwhelm the site.
We reorganised the content by breaking it into smaller paragraphs and adding relevant images and icons. This allows users to quickly identify visual cues that give them an overview of the text they are about to read.
