The Process
We started with discovery and planning: developing a full sitemap and wireframes to establish the site’s structure before a single line of copy or design had been committed to. Getting the architecture right at this stage meant everything that followed had a clear, purposeful foundation.
Our team then conducted keyword research to find the most relevant search terms for Phoenix Money’s audience. We created custom SEO-optimised content for each page, including meta titles and descriptions. Each word was carefully crafted to appeal to both readers and search engines, maintaining the brand voice throughout.
On the design side, we developed custom concepts rooted in Phoenix Money’s brand guidelines. The priority was a clean, professional look that would build confidence quickly, delivered through mobile-first responsive layouts built to perform across all screen sizes.
The development was based on our secure WordPress platform, featuring a complete front-end and back-end build, integrations with third-party tools, optimisation for speed and performance, and accessibility compliance. Prior to launch, we conducted extensive testing across various browsers and devices, along with a pre-launch SEO review. We also provided the team with CMS training to ensure they could confidently manage the site from the start.
