The Brief

Rare Studio partnered with Blaze Media to strengthen their social media presence and showcase the energy, talent and opportunities within their performing arts school. The goal was to attract more elite students across dance, acting and singing, while building stronger engagement and visibility online.

The team was really excited to get started on a social media strategy for Rare Studio, and we knew the work we did for them would have to reflect the business’s creative flair, which influenced everything we did going forward.

The Process

Each month, our team visits Rare Studio for dedicated content shoots, capturing everything from student interviews and live classes to behind-the-scenes moments and the school’s atmosphere.

By consistently creating authentic, personality-led content, we have been able to bring the Rare brand to life across social platforms and give prospective students a real insight into the experience of training there.

This regular stream of content has helped keep Rare highly active online, strengthened engagement with their audience, and allowed us to react quickly to trends, auditions and key enrolment periods with timely content.

Over the past three months, compared with the three months before working with Blaze, Rare Studio has seen significant improvements in social media performance. The results speak for themselves: 760,000 total views and 16,584 engagements across social media; 110,412 reel views demonstrating the power of consistent video content; and 648 direct website clicks from Instagram alone in just three months, turning social audiences into prospective students.
