At Blaze, we were personally committed to assisting the Baltic Triangle CIC as they work to bring the businesses and residents of the Baltic Triangle together, not only is it where we’re based, but our Director of Operations and Client Services, Bec, is an active board member.
They approached us with a need for a straightforward website to advertise their available vacancies for the Baltic Board.
We made simplicity our priority, ensuring that their site was easy to navigate and that board members could easily upload new vacancies themselves, and applicants can apply and upload their CVs.
We used WordPress to build a simple and easy-to-navigate site for them. Our first port of call was implementing an intuitive system so that vacancies could be easily added or amended.
There is already an official website for the CIC which is outdated and in the process of being revamped but a quick turnaround was needed for a completely new site that also reflected the existing brand.
We were determined to make the site as user-friendly as possible, regardless of the device it was being accessed from. That’s why we made sure the site was responsive, adapting to different devices and screen sizes, to provide a seamless and modern user experience.
An upload function was also added so that people could easily apply for roles and upload their CVs.
In less than a week, our Dev & Design team has created a sleek and easy-to-navigate site for the Baltic Triangle CIC.
This means that they can easily advertise their vacancies, and those interested in a role on the board can clearly see where to apply and upload their information.
