The Brief

Care Business Associate Training (CBAT) is a care training business in Southport.

They came to the Blaze team for help with their marketing stating their biggest issue was their main courses pages, which were very basic in design and contained an overwhelming amount of information.

Due to the amount of content and the basic format, visitors weren’t engaging with the site and were leaving without enquiring, so we wanted to address that issue as a matter of urgency.

Our initial strategy was to create a user-friendly course landing page template.

The goal was to present the page’s information in a clear and easily digestible format for visitors.

We made sure that any calls to action (CTAs) were prominently displayed and repeated throughout the page, facilitating user navigation.

A secondary template was also created for their services pages and implemented into their existing website.

Our copywriting team went back to the start and rewrote the content for the pages in a more engaging way that was focussed on the visitors’ needs.

The Results

Thanks to our development team, CBAT’s site is now cleaner and more user-friendly.

Its most popular pages are packed with concise and well-formatted information, making it much easier for users to acquire the necessary insights that they are looking for.

This quickly led to a significant improvement in their most popular pages, increasing their chances of conversion and thereby boosting CBAT’s business prospects.

Not doing a complete website redesign and only focusing on specific pages allowed us to give CBAT a much quicker turnaround, which meant that their operations were not delayed.

Their landing pages can also now be used for paid ads, so we have created another revenue stream for the organisation.
