The development team sprung into action, first assessing their current website. Upon first inspection, a problem with the initial homepage was identified. The homepage was not eye-catching, so the primary objective was to improve this in the redesign.
We implemented a vibrant orange in our redesign, which helped to bring attention to the website’s client-targeted features, such as the customer reviews and contact page.
We tidied up the website, displaying only the most important information and collapsing anything that took up too much space. This made the site much more user-friendly and easier to navigate.
Pushing upselling was key to gaining more sales for the business, so we introduced a ‘You May Also Like’ column, which helped direct customers to other products, further increasing the chance of sales.
