We reorganised the site structure to introduce clear “Shop by Product” and “Shop by Brand” dropdowns, making browsing and locating components much faster for users. On product pages, we implemented a compatible products block to surface essential add-ons (such as screws and abutments), reducing friction and helping customers build their orders accurately.
The homepage was redesigned with a cleaner, more modern layout, stronger branding, and added social proof. Educational content like blog posts and warranty information was also added, all designed to instil trust and guide users seamlessly through the buying journey.
