The first step was ditching the old Magento site to rebuild the site on Shopify instead. Shopify was much better suited to the needs of the client, providing an easy-to-navigate interface that a variety of customers could use without issue.
Though the original design for the website wasn’t bad, it wasn’t too user-friendly and lacked a certain Blaze flair. Our team collaborated to design a sleek and modern website from a UX perspective, ensuring that every product and service was clear and accessible to a range of consumers.
We also ensured that the available samples were added to the site as individual products, and our development team curated custom codes to ensure that purchase limits were implemented to prevent customers from over-purchasing samples.
The team also implemented custom messages to inform customers when they reached their sample limit, preventing confusion.
