The Process
We began with a comprehensive site analysis, pinpointing six key pages with the greatest commercial potential and creating a keyword mapping document to prioritise our efforts.
We then implemented a mix of technical fixes, on-page optimisations, and content enhancements across both course pages and the blog. Special focus was given to the course pages, where keyword research, metadata enhancements, and content updates were implemented to attract more relevant search traffic and encourage inquiries.
Our SEO Manager also focused on restructuring the menu, which immediately improved rankings for several core course terms, with some pages ranking first shortly after changes.
During the year, we also improved conversion tracking by adding phone call tracking and filtering form submissions to identify high-quality leads, providing CBA with a clearer understanding of what truly drives results enquiries.
