How We Helped Sennheiser Power Event Success and Product Innovation Through Targeted Content Strategies

The Brief

Sennheiser, a popular audio equipment manufacturer, came to Blaze in need of engaging and conversion-led copy for a series of newsletters and sales literature. The goal was to promote their attendance at high-industry events, including InfoComm and ISE. 

They aimed to drive sales by promoting their new products, such as the EW-DX family and TeamConnect Ceiling 2(TCC2).

After receiving their brief, our team got straight to work.

The Process

We developed informative social media content for Sennheiser’s stand at ISE Barcelona 2022 and newsletter content specifically written to generate interest from event attendees.

As well as this, we crafted copy for a landing page on their website which detailed what attendees could expect to see and test from Sennheiser. 

We also created post-event communications to measure attendee engagement with Sennheiser.

Sennheiser had many events in the pipeline, and our copy team quickly ensured that these events received a good turnout and professional coverage.

We created LinkedIn content for a TCC2 course being delivered to industry professionals. Our team needed to deliver relevant content that appealed to that specific audience.

Sennheiser also had an upcoming partnership with AVer, so we created email content to promote this partnership to new and existing customers.

We drafted communications text for Sennheiser’s EW-DX family of products, which they utilised across various mediums. Our team also developed a comprehensive guide to Sennheiser’s microphones for use at a BizCom event. 

We then played a key role in developing event communications for InfoComm US, during which Sennheiser unveiled the EW-DX product line. We also handled similar tasks for ISE Barcelona 2023, where we presented information on the new products being featured at the event.

As you can imagine, we committed a lot of time to helping Sennheiser achieve their marketing goals!
