Help with Housing Disrepair

The Help With Housing Disrepair team is dedicated to helping tenants in local council or housing association homes achieve a better standard of living and claiming compensation when things aren't put right.

The Brief

After working with their parent company, Brown Turner Ross, on a number of projects, we were asked to create a new campaign to promote their Help With Housing Disrepair department.

Focussing solely in the London marketplace to start with, it was agreed that Google Ads Search Campaigns would be the best move to infiltrate the area.

The Process

After spending some time researching the London marketplace and understanding exactly who and how Help With Housing Disrepair can help, the next task was to create a simple landing page website with clear and concise text and a good customer experience.

It was essential to ensure that potential claimants could understand that help is out there and have a simple enquiry form – especially as they’ll be living with a serious amount of stress if they’re in the position where they need to seek legal advice over their living conditions.

Once the copy was written and pages designed, we implemented marketing attribution conversion tracking which also analyses the length of phone calls to give us a more accurate way of monitoring the success of the campaigns.

Around half way through their first campaign, it was decided that we would create a brand new website that would include even more information and support for affected residents.

The new website helped increase conversion rates which saw an increase in the quality of leads coming into the business.

Within 6 months of launching the Google Ads campaign, Help With Housing Disrepair had become one of the biggest businesses in the sector based upon impression share.

The ads and site generated over 600 leads via phone calls and submission forms and following on from the success, they entered into the Birmingham market with a similar campaign.
